Return Policy
RomancingOnlyYou.Com is an online store only and is owned by Nature's Hideaway, Inc. We have been in business online for over 10 years. We accept and process orders 7 days per week; however, we do not accept phone calls outside of normal business hours, Monday through Friday.
Once an order has been processed, (boxed with shipping label and ready to ship) it cannot be cancelled. If the order is cancelled, it is subject to a 25% restock fee or a minimum of $20.00, whichever is greater. If the "ship to" information is incorrect, or if you send a gift to a recipient and the gift is refused and returned to us, this is the responsibility of the customer that has placed the order, and it also is subject to a return fee of 50% or $20.00 whichever is greater.
On CUSTOM ORDERS which include personalized messages or any personalization, we do not accept returns. No returns on closeout sale items. All wedding related items are on closeout. We will not be carrying wedding accessories in the future.
14 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE: All of our items carry a 14 day money back guarantee. All items must be returned to us within 14 days of the date you receive the shipment. You must notify us first by email before returning a product to obtain a return authorization number and it must not be used. All items MUST BE RETURNED IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING. Returns are subject to a 25% restock fee and the minimum return fee is $20.00. We do not reimburse shipping charges. If you do not agree to this return policy, please do not place the order. If you return a used product you agree that nothing will be credited back to your account.
In case of damage, notify us by email, leaving your phone number so we may return your call. Please keep all packaging and damaged contents until we notify you to dispose of it. It may need to be picked up and inspected by our shipper. We cannot replace your order due to damage if you dispose of the original packaging, box, packaging materials and shipping label with tracking number. Please keep all boxes, packing and contents. We may require pictures for insurance purposes, by email, in case of broken items. You must notify us of damaged or lost merchandise within one week of delivery or reported delivery. We require the following information: 1) A letter signed and dated stating your receiving damaged merchandise or that you never received it. Please describe your damage and state if it is repairable or not. 2) Invoice number 3) Tracking number 4) Date you received the shipment or date it was reportedly delivered.
Nature's Hideaway Inc. shall not be responsible for any injuries, damages or losses of any kind due to your use of any product purchased from Nature's Hideaway Inc. In any case, our maximum liability to you is the amount you paid for the product. We reserve the right to modify, alter or discontinue any policies and terms included herein at any time without notice. Your purchase from Nature's Hideaway Inc., doing business as RomancingOnlyYou.Com, signifies your acceptance of the aforementioned information and policies.
